Jx Suite is a project of Avunu LLC , which maintains the open-source code, runs jxsuite.com and the hosted studio at studio.jxsuite.com, and answers the email below.

Using Jx

Start with the documentation . It covers Studio, the framework and every extension, and its search runs in your browser.

If the docs do not answer your question, or something does not work the way they say, open an issue on GitHub . Include the version (Help › About in Jx Studio, or jx --version ), what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Issues are public, so leave out anything private.

Your account and subscription

For the hosted studio, write to support@jxsuite.com and include your GitHub login. That covers signing in, your Jx Studio Cloud subscription, charges and refunds.

You can manage a subscription yourself: in the studio, open Preferences › Accounts and choose Manage to update your payment method, see invoices or cancel. The Terms of Service explain how billing, trials and cancellation work.

Security

Report a vulnerability privately to security@jxsuite.com , never in a public issue. The security policy says what to include and what happens next.

Your personal data

Write to privacy@jxsuite.com to access, correct or delete your data. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and the rights you have.
